PREPARE:

Buy raw walnuts whole or raw walnuts chopped. Soak walnuts (and all nuts), for 6 hours to unlock more nutrients.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Add walnuts to oatmeal.
  • Make trail mix:
    • Mix cacao nibs, almonds, walnuts, and dried mango.
  • Make pesto:
    • Blend walnuts, basil, olive oil, and fresh Parmesan cheese.
