PREPARE:

Wash strawberries in cold water, then cut off the green tops. Keep whole, cut in half, or mash.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Eat whole strawberries for a delicious sweet snack or dessert.
  • Mix halved strawberries with 1 T. maple syrup, and top with coconut whip cream for a healthy dessert.
  • Make a strawberry rhubarb crisp.
  • Add strawberries to oatmeal and yogurt or a green salad.
  • Eat mashed strawberries over corn bread.
