PREPARE:

Stems and leaves are edible - chop them up or tear with your hands.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Sauté or steam swiss chard for 1-2 minutes.
    • Season with sea salt, and eat as a side.
  • Add chopped swiss chard to scrambled eggs, soups, and stir fry
  • Add chopped swiss chard to pasta water with 1 minute left of cooking.
  • Wrap up your favorite protein in the leaves.
