PREPARE:

Chop off greens and keep - they are edible! Wash greens and radishes, and cut as desired.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Eat raw or dip in hummus.
  • Drizzle radishes with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Grate radishes and add to salad, slaw, pasta and lasagna.
  • Cut into thin circles and add to sandwiches, wraps and stir fry.
  • Sauté greens in olive oil with sea salt:
    • Eat as a side or as a garnish on soup, eggs, or casseroles.
