PREPARE:

Rinse under cold running water and pat dry. Cut cauliflower into equal size pieces.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Eat raw or dip in hummus.
  • Roast:
    • Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
    • Roast in the oven 350 for 20-30 mins.
  • Add to pizza, pasta or stir-fry.
  • Puree roasted cauliflower and serve as a mashed potato substitute.

ADD SOME FUN!

Mix all three colors of cut cauliflower together (orange, purple and white) and have a taste test!
