PREPARE:

Cut into quarters, then remove the core. From there, chop or shred in a food processor.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Eat fresh cabbage:
    • use shreds and make slaw - mix with olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and other veggies like shredded beets and carrots.
    • top your tacos with shredded cabbage.
    • use the cabbage leaf for a wrap like you would a sandwich.
  • Sauté sliced cabbage in olive oil with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
  • Sauté sliced cabbage in coconut oil, with a spalsh of soy sauce.
  • Toss cabbage into soup, stir fry, salads, and pasta dishes.
