PREPARE:

Purchase raw pumpkin seeds or prepare your own by removing seeds from a pumpkin. Rinse clean, spread out evenly on a paper bag, and let them dry out overnight. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on:

  • Make homemade trail mix:
    • Toss with dried mango, almonds, and cacao nibs.
