PREPARE:

For fresh peas, remove the stem of the pod, peel the string down the seam, and pry the pod open. Run your finger down the interior to remove the peas.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Steam peas for 1-2 minutes
  • Add to pasta, soup, or stir fry
  • Add to quinoa with fresh mint and olive oil
