PREPARE:

Wash well under cool water. Eat whole or cut into slices. Remove the skin if not organic.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Add peaches to smoothies with spinach and banana.
  • Serve sliced peaches with a dollop of coconut cream for dessert.
  • Make a salad with arugula, peaches, walnuts, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Make peach salsa with red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and avocado.
  • Bake peaches:
    • Cut in half, remove the pit, and bake in the oven with brie in the middle.
