PREPARE:

Wash thoroughly before cutting. Cut in half, scoop out the seeds, slice into wedges, remove the rind with a paring knife, and slice into bite size pieces.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Eat as is!
  • Dip in yogurt.
  • Make a fruit salad with blueberries, melon, and grapes
  • Add to smoothies or blend with ice, mint, and spinach to make a slushy
  • Puree then freeze for homemade popsicles
