PREPARE:

Wash under cold water, remove stem, and cut up as desired.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Make margarita pizza!:
    • Drizzle pizza crust with olive oil.
    • Top with sliced heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil!
    • Bake in the oven.
  • Chop up and add to salads and grain bowls.
  • Add sliced tomatoes to sandwiches and grilled cheese.
  • Eat sliced tomatoes on toast with avocado.
  • Sauté chopped tomatoes in olive oil and sea salt, and eat over pasta with fresh basil.

ADD SOME FUN!

Eat Heirloom tomato salad or margarita pizza on a piece of furniture that was passed down from a previous generation!
