PREPARE:

Goji berries come dried, which is how you eat them. But you can also soak them in water for 10 minutes and they will become plump and juicy.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Make a trail mix:
    • Almonds, walnuts, goji berries, and cacao nibs.
  • Throw a handful in your oatmeal, muffins, or homemade energy bars.
  • Make goji tea:
    • Add a handful of berries to hot water and let them soak for 10 minutes.
    • Drink the tea and eat the plump berries.
  • Soak a handful in water for 10 minutes, then add to your smoothie.
