PREPARE:

Remove stems and any yellow or discolored leaves. Wash well and cut into halves or quarters.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Steam for 5 minutes.
    • Toss with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Sauté in coconut oil:
    • For 3-5 minutes with a pinch of sea salt and red pepper flakes
  • Roast in the oven:
    • Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
    • Roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 350.
  • Add cooked brussels sprouts to pasta dishes or stir fry.
  • Finely chop and add to a salad or slaw.
