PREPARE:

Cut florets off into equal size pieces. The stem is edible and delicious too: peel off outer, woody layer, then cut into wedges.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Eat them fresh with dip:
    • dip raw florets in hummus or veggie dip
  • Roast florets and stems:
    • Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
    • Roast at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
  • Steam florets and stems:
    • Place in steamer for 5-10 minutes.
    • Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
  • Add florets to pasta water with 2 minutes of cooking left.
  • Add broccoli to scrambled eggs, mac and cheese, stir fry and pizza.
