PREPARE:

Trim off the base of the bok choy, and separate the leaves. Wash well. Chop and use stems and leaves.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Eat as a side:
    • lightly sauté in coconut oil with a pinch of sea salt.
  • Toss into stir fries and soups.
  • Make a salad - toss with sesame oil, vinegar, and green onions.
  • Wrap your favorite protein up in the leaves:
