PREPARE:

Just peel and eat or cut into slices or dice.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Add sliced banana to oatmeal, yogurt, cereal or smoothies.
  • Eat sliced bananas with a toothpick. Dip in nut butter!
  • Use sliced banana on nut butter sandwiches instead of jelly.
  • Make a healthy chocolate shake:
    • Puree frozen banana with coconut milk, avocado, and raw cacao butter.
  • Make banana soft serve:
    • Puree frozen banana with coconut milk and 1 t. vanilla.
