PREPARE:

Wash apple with veggie wash if not organic. Keep whole or cut up.

WAYS TO EAT:

  • Keep an apple in your bag to eat as a snack.
  • Dip apple slices in almond butter or honey.
  • Add to salads or cut into skinny strips and add to cole slaw.
  • Cut the core out of the apple, cut into circles like a bagel, and use as your ''bread'' for a peanut sandwich.
  • Make crispy apple fries - cut into strips, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for 20 minutes.
