Fun Facts

Goji berries -- also called wolfberries -- grow in China, Mongolia, and the Tibetan Himalayas, but you can plant them in your own backyard! These bright red berries are typically dried in the sun until they look like skinny, orangey-red raisins. Goji berries have been part of traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years to improve health and longevity. In one Chinese town, more people who eat goji berries live to be 100 years old than anywhere else in China. There's even a Chinese festival every summer for goji berries called Ningxia!
